Security Officer Full Time Experienced Unarmed Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer Full Time Experienced Unarmed Patrol Driver in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a public transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for passengers, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to transit passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, vehicles, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services.
- Monitor access points and public areas, assist with directing individuals to appropriate resources, and help maintain orderly operations at the location.
- Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to supervisors and designated client representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
