Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver DoD Secret Security Clearance in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Security Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide professional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and offers the opportunity to support critical operations while demonstrating Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, controlled areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and report access-control concerns in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and coordinating with appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports, and communicate observations, hazards, and policy concerns to Allied Universal leadership and designated client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
