Shift: Full-time days

Hours/week: 40 hours

Employment Type: Full-time permanent

Licenses/Certifications: Current Pediatric or Family Medicine Physician license in CA; NRP required

Experience: Prior pediatric hospitalist experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert pediatric inpatient care in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure patient safety
• Manage acute pediatric conditions and hospital admissions
• Participate in patient assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Support families and provide excellent bedside manner

What You Need:

• Valid Pediatric or Family Medicine license in California
• Current NRP certification
• At least 1 year of pediatric hospitalist experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate care
