This Junior Designer role is a core part of the creative track within the Graduate Leadership Program, designed for recent graduates interested in the future of advertising. You will hone your skills in design, storytelling, and innovative content creation, working on cutting-edge campaigns and driving significant impact for leading global brands. The TL;DR Role: Early Career (Graduate Leadership Program) Type: Full-time Location: In-person, Dallas, TX Team: Creative track, working in concert with strategy, media, data, and technology teams. Mission: Translate strategic briefs into compelling advertising concepts and executions that build brands and deliver tangible outcomes for clients. Tech Stack: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote What You’ll Actually Do Translate: Translate strategic briefs into coherent advertising concepts and executions. Develop: Develop design systems for campaign concepts and creative executions. Support: Support the overall design process and assist in the development and execution of various creative design projects. Collaborate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including writers, developers, and other designers, to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand voice and messaging. Build: Build and iterate design concepts from initial ideas through final finish and production. The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree completed between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027, with a focus in graphic design, communication design, or a related field. This is an early career role within the Graduate Leadership Program, tailored for recent graduates. Experience: Possess relevant professional work and/or internship experience, preferably in advertising or graphic design. Candidates must provide a creative portfolio inclusive of brand work and/or advertising ideas and executions across multiple media channels. Technical Skills: Demonstrated working knowledge of essential design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Keypoint, along with related design tools.
