As a Cheese Shop Lead at Market District, you will oversee daily operations of our specialty cheese counter, ensuring an engaging, service-focused experience for every guest. You’ll lead by example, guiding team members, sharing expert product knowledge, and curating visually compelling displays that highlight premium cheeses and accompaniments. Responsibilities include customer service, inventory management, ordering, and upholding strict food safety and quality standards. You’ll collaborate with Retail Operations leadership to support sales initiatives, tastings, and seasonal offerings while fostering our culture of culinary excellence, innovation, and community engagement.
