Commercial Strategy and Operations Manager

Position requires 6 years of experience in the following: Problem solving using structured methodologies like DMAIC or 8D for Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and applying data-driven critical thinking to resolve ambiguous business issues and systemic process failures. Team leadership using Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and people management, including the implementation of OKRs and 360-degree performance feedback. Navigating teams and stakeholders through organizational ambiguity and change by executing structured change management methodologies, including comprehensive impact analysis and risk mitigation. Executive stakeholder management and influence through strategic alignment sessions, translating complex operational data into compelling executive-level business cases and financial summaries. Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Operations, or Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations, focused on optimizing the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) process, managing the CRM tech stack, and developing territory design and forecasting models.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) works with businesses and advertising agencies of all sizes, from local small business owners to mid-market enterprises to large organizations that spend millions of advertising dollars with Google. GCS Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) teams lead the strategy, design, planning and operations of a highly cross-functional landscape, to deliver unified and scalable programs that generate incremental Ads revenue growth for Google. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $186,000 - $270,000 + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location.
