What You’ll Do: Analyze credit applications and set credit limits using Dun & Bradstreet insights. Own your portfolio of accounts — from customer calls to reconciliations and dispute resolution. Process credit memos and apply daily cash receipts with precision. Drive down delinquency and boost cash flow through proactive collections. Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams in monthly AR reviews. Deliver clear, actionable reporting to leadership. Contribute to lean improvement initiatives and support audits. What You Bring: 2- years of experience in high-volume collections. Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS) and ERP system experience. SAP experience? That’s a big plus! A knack for resolving disputes and building strong customer relationships. A detail-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering excellent service. High school diploma required.
