Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Liberty, MO. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder in a clinic setting. Day-to-day tasks include conducting functional assessments, analyzing behavior data, and developing goals that support communication, social skills, school readiness, and daily living skills. The BCBA will provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to behavior therapists and technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. The role also involves collaborating closely with parents and caregivers, leading education sessions, documenting progress, and working with interdisciplinary teams to promote consistent, evidence-based care. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis for children with autism spectrum disorder. Skills in Parent Education and Behavior Management to support families and reduce challenging behaviors. Knowledge of Psychology and child development principles relevant to early intervention and ABA therapy. Current BCBA certification and compliance with applicable licensure requirements. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Experience supervising behavior therapists or technicians in a clinic-based setting is beneficial. Strong data collection, analysis, and documentation skills, with attention to quality and safety standards.
