Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Clarity Pulse Care Counseling, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and joint therapy sessions with clients, including couples and families, to address their unique relational and personal challenges.

• Evaluating patients’ needs through comprehensive assessments to understand their emotional or psychological issues.

• Developing personalized treatment plans to guide therapy sessions focused on themes such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and family conflicts.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients improve communication skills and resolve interpersonal conflicts.

• Providing crisis intervention and support during critical situations impacting clients’ emotional and mental well-being.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
