Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract opportunity spans the entire 2026-2027 school year, offering the chance to work across all grade levels with a diverse caseload of approximately 45 students. With a consistent schedule of four days per week (8.75 hours per day), you can count on steady hours alongside the reward of enhancing student communication and educational outcomes.

What You’ll Need:

• Active WA SLP or SLPA License required
• ESA certification (for SLPs)
• Background in pediatric care, schools, or healthcare settings
• Experience supporting students with a range of speech and language needs
• A collaborative, compassionate approach and excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted speech and language therapy to students across all grade levels
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
• Administer assessments, document progress, and maintain accurate records
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that supports diverse learning needs
• Mentor and guide speech–language pathology assistants, if applicable
