Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid WA SLP or SLPA license is essential
• ESA certificate required for SLPs
• Experience supporting pediatric populations in either school or healthcare settings is preferred
• Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and SLPA candidates
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 students across all grade levels

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students with a range of communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district requirements
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support each student's academic and social success
• Provide both group and individual therapy sessions
• Advise and consult with teachers and staff, fostering a supportive learning environment

Position Details:

• Full-time, four days per week (35 hours total; 8.75 hours per day)
• Contract runs the full 2026/2027 academic year
