Wireless Network Engineer Denver, CO (Onsite) Client- BPX Rate: 68/hr on C2C Visa: only USC and GC Try to get some local candidate Note: Don't submit employer resume for this particular requirement Job Responsibilities: More than 10 years' experience in large wireless deployments Review the existing network architecture and make recommendations to improve performance and quality of the wireless product Hands on experience in deployment and configuration of wireless access points Good knowledge of all Wi-Fi standards (802.11ax, 802.11ac) Design the placement of WAPs, configure the wireless network, and validate that the network performs to a high level of throughput, stability, and quality Perform wireless site survey using tools like Ekahau, and prepare design, plan for setting up wireless network at different offices Provide WiFi performance heatmap & site survey report, validate coverage as predicted Validate channel design, design performance, design coverage as predicted, and resolve any gaps Support best practices for connection, roaming and authentication for various clients Engage directly with wireless users, troubleshoot, and resolve all wireless issues Hands on experience in configuring BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, PVST+, IPSEC site to site VPN, HSRP. GLBP, NAT/PAT Experience in preparing high level design, and low level design Optimize the network for high reliability, throughput and voice & video quality Lead and train other team members to support solution Modify wired/wireless network monitoring and alarms to capture critical performance indicators Argyle Infotech
