Forklift Operator

ROTATIONAL SHIFT FORKLIFT OPERATOR Automation Personnel Services is looking forexperienced Forklift Operators with specific experience operating a sit-down counterbalance forklift equipped with multi-pallet (double pallet / 4-fork), Stand-up Reach, Clamp and Slip Sheet attachments. This role is critical in supporting high-volume warehouse operations and ensuring efficient movement of inventory. Pay Rate $16.50 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday-Friday 6:00am-6:00pm (rotational shifts), Some Saturdays when required Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate forklift. Lift, move, and transport pallets in a fast-paced warehouse environment Load and unload trailers efficiently while maintaining safety standards Stage, organize, and relocate inventory throughout the facility Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues Follow all OSHA andcompany safety guidelines at all times Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Forklift Operator Requirements and Qualifications Basic math, reading, and writing skills to ensure accurate counts and paperwork. Minimum 2 years of forklift experience (sit-down counterbalance or Stand-up reach required) Experience with double pallet, multi-pallet, or specialty fork attachmentsREQUIRED Ability to safely handle high-volume warehouse operations Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be dependable and able to work assigned schedule High-volume distribution center or manufacturing environment Experience handling bulk pallet movement or multi-load transport Familiarity with warehouse inventory flow and staging processes Must be willing and able tolift upto75pounds safely.(Assessment administered in Office) Job Type Full-time, temporary Benefits Weekly Pay Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 401(k) Retirement Plan Automation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401(k) matching to all eligible contingent and temporary associates.
