Schedule: Part-time to Full-time | Weekdays primarily
Location: San Diego County (travel between jobs required)

About SD Sparkle

SD Sparkle is a growing, high-standard residential and short-term rental cleaning company in San Diego. We focus on quality, professionalism, and respect-for our clients and our team. We provide clear expectations, good equipment, and opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities:

Residential & move-out cleaning
Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, detailing
Following SD Sparkle cleaning standards & checklists
Working independently or as part of a small team

Skills Required:

Reliable & punctual (this is huge for us)
Strong attention to detail
Physically able to clean for several hours
Comfortable working in occupied & vacant homes
Able to follow instructions and checklists
Positive attitude & willingness to learn
Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required - we train the right people.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Smartphone (for scheduling & communication)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
