Investor Services Supervisor

Position Overview HedgeServ, with more than $700 billion in assets under administration, is hiring an Investor Services Supervisor. The role will lead a team of up to four Investor Services Administrators and ensure timely, accurate investor transactions and reporting, reporting to the Investor Services Manager and Director. Responsibilities Verify investor transaction instructions contain requisite information and advise the Investor Services Administrator when follow‑up is required. Liaise with investors to obtain fully executed transaction instructions. Ensure subscription proceeds are provided timely, review AML/KYC documentation, and follow up as necessary. Escalate issues to Manager and MLRO as needed. Review and reconcile subscription/redemption bank account daily on HedgeInvestor® and take appropriate action to clear any items. Prepare redemption payment schedules and review wire transfers to Prime Brokers, investors, and fee payments. Review investor and client reports (Investor Statements, Contract Notes, Capital Activity Report, ERISA Report, Authorized Share Capital Reports) for distribution. Assist the Investor Services Administrator with general investor requests, including duplicate statements, inquiries on transaction activity, and performance requests. Audit and review investor audit requests before distribution. Identify process improvements, personnel and structure changes, and discuss them with the Investor Services Manager and Director. Establish effective working relationships with the NAV, QA and Compliance departments. Supervise up to four Investor Services Administrators. Qualifications Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business degree. 4+ years’ experience in a hedge‑fund administration firm with experience in all aspects of an Investor Services Administrator role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work effectively both within a team structure and independently. Strong interpersonal skills, good initiative, and judicious escalation. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $100,000 – $110,000, determined based on education, experience and skill set.
