divh2Shared Services Analyst/h2pWhat Youll Do/pulliClient data entry in agency management system/liliIndio renewal process/liliUpload Insureds Policies into EPIC and Passport/liliUpdate proposal drafts where assistance is needed by CM/liliSpecial projects, word processing and excel as instructed/liliOnline rating/liliEstablish knowledge of all structure and workflow as needed across department/liliSupport and assist in training on technical platforms used in PC including EPIC, Indio and any new platforms acquired/liliSupport with outsourced workflow (Patra and ReSource Pro) and IMA Shared Services/liliSupport in creating template documents for Epic and other document and form creation including training documents/liliProcess and deliver electronic mail across department from various carriers/li/ulpYou Should Have/pulliMinimum 1 year of experience working in a professional office environment/liliAbility to conduct yourself in a professional, collaborative, and respectful manner within a team environment/liliDemonstrate excellent time management and organization skills/liliService oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, and ability to work with an efficient pace/liliDependable, self-motivated, and willing to gain insurance knowledge/liliMust be able to work onsite Pasadena, CA office 4 days per week/li/ulpQualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act.
