Orbital TIG Welder

Location: Longmont, CO

Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay: $22-$28/hr DOE

We are seeking an experienced Orbital TIG Welder to join a precision manufacturing team. This role involves welding stainless steel tubing, reading detailed blueprints, and producing high-quality assemblies in a clean, controlled production environment. Responsibilities

• Perform orbital TIG welding on stainless steel tubing.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Fabricate and assemble components to precise specifications.
• Operate orbital welding equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify weld integrity and product accuracy.
• Assist with light electrical assembly and troubleshooting when needed.
• Maintain production and quality standards in a cleanroom environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of TIG or orbital welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documentation.
• Experience using hand tools, measuring tools, and welding equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently after training.

Preferred Experience

• Cleanroom manufacturing experience.
• Semiconductor or high-purity manufacturing experience.
• Electrical assembly or troubleshooting experience.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement knowledge.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
