Associate Dentist

Company Description Truepear Dental assists offices in finding the right candidates for their off ice. Role Description we have a client looking for an Associate Dentist who can provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative and preventive procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing dental treatments such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and basic endodontic care, as well as educating patients on oral hygiene and long-term care. The Associate Dentist will collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure a smooth patient experience, maintain accurate records, and follow clinical protocols and safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baltimore, MD, requiring consistent chairside care and regular patient interaction throughout the work week. Qualifications Licensed Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) in the state of Maryland, or eligibility for Maryland licensure. Proficiency in general dentistry procedures, including examinations, diagnosis, restorative care, extractions, and basic endodontic treatments. Strong patient communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment plans clearly and provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team, including hygienists, assistants, and front office staff, while maintaining professional conduct. Commitment to infection control standards, OSHA and HIPAA compliance, and adherence to evidence-based clinical protocols. Interest in ongoing professional development, continuing education, and staying current with advances in dental technology and techniques.
