Orthodontic Dental Assistant

What You'll Do

• Assist the orthodontist during patient appointments and clinical procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following infection control guidelines.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care.
• Assist with placing and removing orthodontic appliances under the doctor's direction.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
• Help create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient and family.
• Support the clinical team to ensure an efficient daily workflow.

What We're Looking ForPreferred Qualifications

• Previous orthodontic assisting experience preferred.
• Radiology certification strongly preferred.
• Certified Orthodontic Assistant/Technician preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation

• Experienced Orthodontic Assistants: $20-$28 per hour (based on experience + negotiable)
• Entry-Level Candidates (Training Provided): Starting at $15 per hour
