In this role, you'll work in a Male Adolescent Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) supporting youth ages 10–18 with complex behavioral health, emotional, and trauma-related needs. A QRTP provides a structured, trauma-informed residential environment where adolescents receive comprehensive support from a multidisciplinary treatment team focused on safety, healing, skill development, and long-term success. Residents live on-site while participating in therapeutic, educational, and behavioral health programming designed to help them build healthy coping skills and achieve lasting positive outcomes.
