Job Purpose Provide best‑in‑class customer service while preparing Jimmy John’s sandwiches. Duties and Responsibilities Adhere to Team Member Handbook policies and procedures. Maintain and foster company culture. Prep and make sandwiches (pull meat, prepare veggies, bake bread). Maintain store cleanliness. Maintain food safety, workplace safety, and store and equipment safety. Slice and prep ingredients. Train team members and run shifts as Shift Lead Manager. Continuously pursue managerial self‑development. Assist with recruiting efforts. Qualifications Must be 18+ years old. Preferred management experience. Good team coach and coachable. Experience handling customer and employee issues. Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing personality. Computer proficient. Can memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test. Working Conditions Fast‑paced, moderately loud environment with music played throughout the day. Must safely use slicers, knives, and ovens. Physical Requirements Stand for the duration of your shift. Lift up to 30 lbs. Climb a ladder if needed.
