Direct Hire Opportunity

Base Pay: $33.00 – $54.45/hr. (Based on experience) + Benefits

Compensation & Incentives

Shift Differentials

• Evening Differential: +$3.30/hr.
• Night Differential: +$6.00/hr.
• Weekend Differential: +$10.00/hr.
• Holiday Differential: 50% added to base pay

Relocation Assistance

• 50–250 miles: $2,500
• 251–500 miles: $5,000
• 501+ miles: $10,000

Commitment Incentives

Eligible RNs may receive up to $40,000 based on shift and commitment length.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient care using the nursing process
• Assess patient needs and revise care plans as necessary
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge needs
• Perform point-of-care testing and maintain EMR documentation
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes
• Support unit goals and participate in professional development activities

Qualifications

Required

• Active North Carolina RN License
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• NIHSS certification
• CPI-A certification

Education

• ADN, ASN, or Nursing Diploma from an accredited nursing program

Preferred

• BSN or MSN preferred
• Med Surg or inpatient acute care experience preferred
