Registered Nurse (RN) – Staffing Pool (Float Pool)

Location: Goldsboro, NC

Join a dynamic Staffing Pool team that provides flexible nursing coverage across multiple inpatient units while delivering high-quality patient care. This role is ideal for experienced RNs who enjoy variety, adaptability, and working in diverse clinical settings. You'll float to different inpatient units based on staffing needs and may also care for admitted patients awaiting inpatient placement in the Emergency Department.

Schedule: Full-Time - Day Shift

• 3 x 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
• Float Pool

Compensation

• $33.00–$54.45/hour
• Up to $20,000 Commitment/Retention Incentives
• Relocation Assistance up to $10,000
• Shift Differentials:
• • Evening: +$3.30/hr
  • Night: +$6.00/hr
  • Weekend: +$10.00/hr
  • Specialty (ER/ICU/OR): +$2.00/hr
• Shift differentials can be combined.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN License (or eligible)
• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience *Preferably in ER, Critical Care, PCU, ICU and OR
• BLS (AHA or ARC)
• ADN/ASN or Nursing Diploma required
• BSN preferred
