Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool
Location: Goldsboro – 27534
Employment Type: Part-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: 3 Days/Week | 12 Hours/Day | 36 Hours/Week
Openings: 5 Positions

Pay & Incentives

• Base Pay: $33.00 – $54.45/hr
• Evening Differential: +$3.30/hr
• Night Differential: +$6.00/hr
• Weekend Differential: +$10.00/hr
• Specialty Differential (OR/ER/ICU): +$2.00/hr
• Holiday Pay: 50% added to base rate
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
• Retention/Commitment Bonus: Up to $40,000
• Pay-in-Lieu-of-Benefits option available

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in OR/ER/ICU unit
• Nursing Diploma or ADN/ASN from accredited school
• Active North Carolina RN License
• BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN or MSN

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical nursing care
• Coordinate patient care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure patient safety and continuity of care
• Deliver quality care in hospital settings
