Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in planning and delivering care.
- Monitor patient status, administer treatments and medications as ordered, and document care accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Promote patient safety, comfort, and quality outcomes in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license to practice in California (or eligibility to obtain)
- Ability to work in a hospital setting with day shift coverage
- Oncology nursing experience preferred, with strong clinical skills in nursing process and care coordination
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Demonstrated critical thinking and independent judgment in clinical scenarios
