Capital Markets Manager

The Capital Markets Manager at AVAX One is a critical role in our Capital Markets group.This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer, and directly supports the continued successful execution of capital markets transactions and the expansion of our role in the onchain economy.AVAX One is actively scaling and expanding, and you will have the opportunity to “map the market” and meet interesting companies building in the Avalanche and broader digital asset ecosystem.The Company has significant plans for expansion that will require new and innovative approaches in capital raising and mergers and acquisitions. Your Areas of Focus: Maintaining a pipeline of potential targets for mergers and acquisitions Maintaining the Company digital asset treasury dashboard and reporting Meeting investment bankers and other investment professionals to gain insights into market dynamics and potential capital structures Assist the Executive Team in sourcing, underwriting, and closing investment opportunities Required Skills and Experience: 6+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, asset management or corporate strategy Experience crafting financial models to support investment decisions Strong working knowledge and network in capital markets and digital assets Effective and efficient communicator,knowing how to deliver the right style and substance for the specific situation AI-native, but with strong judgment around the needed accountability, review, and maintenance to deploy AI solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr AVAX One (AVX)
