Opportunity to work with a great team Supportive & collaborative culture The Company LIVES its values What Success Looks Like Set up, operate, and program CNC machines Create and optimize programs using Mastercam (CAM software) Read blueprints, 3D models, and GD&T to plan machining strategies Choose tooling, speeds/feeds, and workholding for efficient production Perform full machine setups (fixturing, probing, tool setting) Inspect parts and materials using precision measuring tools Maintain equipment and workspace; assist with toolroom machines and team collaboration What You Bring CNC machining and programming experience required (Mastercam preferred) Ability to read complex blueprints and perform full setups independently Strong understanding of G-code, toolpaths, and machining fundamentals Proficient with precision measurement tools and inspection processes Detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills The hourly range for this position starts at $27/hr. #J-18808-Ljbffr
