How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead the patient registration team, fostering a supportive environment that ensures accurate documentation and efficient departmental workflows.

• Optimize departmental resources and productivity by thoughtfully scheduling staff and maintaining essential supplies, ensuring the team always has what they need to succeed.

• Champion the patient experience by expertly managing insurance coverage verification and securing necessary pre-authorizations, minimizing stress for patients and providers.

• Guide patients and practitioners through financial responsibility and insurance requirements, providing clear communication to prevent coverage issues and ensure seamless care.

• Keep the team current on all insurance policy updates and changes, ensuring everyone is equipped with the latest information to provide accurate, high-quality support.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative jobspecific experience required.

• Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu ofeducation, if applicable.
