A reputable closed-door long-term care (LTC) pharmacy in Topeka, KS is seeking a skilled Staff Pharmacist to join their team on a contract basis. This role focuses on supporting medication management within the LTC setting with a schedule designed to support work-life balance.

Location: Tecumseh, KS (with duties at a closed-door LTC pharmacy in Topeka)

Schedule/Hours:

• Thursdays and Fridays
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure compliance with pharmacy standards
• Perform cycle checking for medication accuracy and safety
• Verify prescription orders accurately and efficiently to support patient care

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active Kansas Pharmacist License with a clear history and no negative disciplinary actions
• Minimum of 1 year pharmacy experience; LTC experience preferred but candidates with retail or recent graduate experience are encouraged to apply
• Ability to start promptly upon hiring
