Moonbase, a social-first agency known for creating innovative campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and more is looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to develop strategies and creative concepts for influencer campaigns & creator programs and manage activities for leading consumer brands while collaborating with talents and management in the DACH and European markets.

The impact you will make

• Spearhead the creation and execution of captivating influencer campaigns across a spectrum of social platforms, driving success for various lifestyle brands
• Partnering with prominent influencers, creators and streamers on Instagram, TikTok, Twitch & YouTube, leveraging their reach to amplify the impact of every campaign
• Developing innovative influencer strategies and creative campaign concepts that flawlessly connect client needs, corporate identity, and messaging with the latest social trends
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, consistently exceeding expectations by ensuring the highest quality of communication and project delivery
• Being our data storyteller - presenting report and analysis outcomes to stakeholders, empowering them with data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
• Monitoring the competitive landscape, staying vigilant on market changes and social trends within the creator/influencer marketing space and leveraging insights to bolster our campaign effectiveness
• Overseeing the operational and project management responsibilities including briefing, project planning, cost calculations, and negotiations with creator/influencer partners
• Overseeing operational project management such as deadlines as well as the budget status quo

Who are we looking for? Which traits contribute to your success?

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in influencer marketing/social media in a fast-paced agency environment is preferred
• Fluent in German (Mother-Tongue) and English (both necessary)
• Mentoring experience for juniors & professionals is ideal
• You are a strong source for creative strategy and concepts and are constantly on the pulse of time concerning trends on different social media platforms
• You have experience in proactively identifying, engaging, and collaborating with influencers and content creators
• You are Digital-First and have an easy time displaying your initiative in person as well as through virtual communication tools
• Positive work attitude and composure also in times of high growth efforts, you are an outstanding communicator showing maturity and presence
• Agile mindset when it comes to feedback, continuous improvement, and learning
• Your mentality is hands‑on and entrepreneurial; you know how to roll up your sleeves to deliver alongside your team
• Your exceptional analytical and organizational abilities empower you to leverage data for enhancing campaigns and creative direction
• You are comfortable and effective working 100% remote - having previous experience in a remote working environment is a plus
