Our portfolio includes high-quality corrosion protection materials, adhesives and sealants, fillers, sprayable soundproofing products, and the appropriate application technology – developed to meet the highest demands in industry, automotive, and trade.****Your responsibilities at a glance****In this position, you will take on a central role in our marketing team and work closely with internal as well as external partners:* Planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of our online marketing activities* Maintenance, expansion, and further development of our online presence* Creation, coordination, and alignment of content (texts, images, and video files) – internally as well as with external service providers* Development, implementation, and monitoring of employer branding activities in close cooperation with the HR department* Planning and execution of campaigns across various channels* Planning, organization, and follow-up of trade fair appearances in coordination with product management, sales, and external partners* Active contribution to the further development of our online marketing strategy* Market and competitor analysis, lead generation, and derivation of concrete recommendations for action* Analysis, monitoring, and reporting of relevant KPIs (e.g. reach, clicks, conversions)******What sets you apart******* Successfully completed degree with a focus on marketing, media or communication studies, or a comparable commercial qualification* Initial professional experience in marketing is desirable* Communicative, service-oriented, and open personality* Strong organizational skills and a good sense for creative design* Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken* Confident use of MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud### ******What you can expect from us******We offer you a challenging and exciting position with excellent opportunities for both personal and professional development.
