Join our Global Marketing team as Field Marketing Manager (m/w/d) for the DACH market – either on-site/hybrid at our locations in Essen, Frankfurt, Karlsruhe, Munich or Stuttgart, or flexibly remote across Germany.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own the regional field marketing strategy and execution for DACH, aligned with global marketing and pipeline/revenue goals.
• Plan, execute, and measure the full field marketing mix end-to-end: events, trade shows, roadshows, partner marketing, webinars, ABM, and demand-generation campaigns.
• Act as marketing counterpart to DACH sales leadership – align on target accounts and report on marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue.
• Manage the regional marketing budget: forecasting, allocation, and ROI tracking.
• Localize global campaigns and content for DACH while ensuring brand consistency.
• Run co-marketing and MDF-funded activities with regional partners.
• Coordinate vendors and internal creative teams to deliver assets on time and on brand.
• Track and report on campaign/event performance (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, revenue), optimizing continuously.

Your Experience:

• Degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of B2B field marketing, demand generation, and event experience.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, end-to-end – strategy through execution.
• Track record of marketing that measurably drives pipeline and revenue, ideally in tech, IT services, consulting, or cybersecurity/identity.
• Strong grasp of ABM, event management, and multi-channel demand generation.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools in marketing (content, optimization, research, automation).
• Data‑driven, comfortable with CRM/marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and ROI reporting.
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management including sales, global marketing, leadership team, and vendors.
• Fluent German and English language skills (C1).
