Job Description
The Account Processor plays a vital role in managing and maintaining accurate financial account data within a medium-sized team. Reporting to both the Finance Director and Operations Manager, this position focuses on data entry, document management, and customer support while utilizing desktop and cloud-based financial tools. The role requires strong attention to detail and effective communication to ensure smooth account processing operations without any travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain document management systems
- Generate and manage regular financial and operational reports
- Provide timely customer support regarding account inquiries
- Utilize CRM systems and financial software tools for account processing
- Collaborate effectively within a medium team to meet operational goals
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account processing
- Series 6 and SEI certifications
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
