Production Shift Supervisor

Supervise team member daily activities. Coordinate work assignments & training, along with providing guidance to solve problems and resolve issues. Assure people, parts & processes are effectively functioning. This includes quality control checks, machine & equipment maintenance, compliance with policies & procedures, and team member performance. Facilitate scheduled work orders, including required materials to fulfill work, ensuring customer requirements are met Collaborate within & across the operation to drive continuous improvement You Have Ability to work a rotating shift from 6:45pm - 7:15am High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Associate’s degree is preferred.
