The ideal candidate has experience in business development, strategic alliances, and product integration, working cross-functionally to align partnerships with company goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop Strategic Partnerships – Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships that align with business objectives. Manage Partner Relationships – Serve as the primary point of contact, fostering strong and long-term collaborations. Drive Product Integration – Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate partner solutions. Lead Negotiations & Contracts – Manage end-to-end partnership agreements, ensuring mutual success. Analyze & Optimize Performance – Track partnership success metrics and refine strategies for continuous growth. Conduct Market Research – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging business opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in product partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, legal). Understanding of product development, technology integration, and market positioning. Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing partnership performance.
