Global Compensation Director

Owning the global compensation strategy, the full-time Global Compensation Director will design and implement compensation programs to attract and retain top talent while collaborating with executives and presenting to the Compensation Committee in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities Develop and oversee the global compensation programs, including job architecture, market pricing, and equity eligibility Redesign the equity strategy and improve employee communication regarding compensation changes Lead compensation analytics, translating findings into executive-ready recommendations and advising on competitive pay decisions Required qualifications 12+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards, with a focus on executive compensation and equity modeling Proven track record in building and scaling compensation programs in a technology company Strong analytical skills with experience in compensation forecasting, budgeting, and workforce planning 5+ years of people leadership experience, with a focus on developing teams and strategic work Deep understanding of equity compensation structures, including options and RSUs, and their implications for private companies preparing for an IPO
