As a Technical Support Specialist within PNC's Linga organization, you will be based remotely. Shifts for this role will be: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST - Candidate will be required to work holidays. - Bilingual Spanish speaking candidate preferred. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. Job Description Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. May serve as a customer solutions resource. Gathers required documentation. Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy. Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes. May administer implementation plans and related client interactions. Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and escalates client implementation and servicing issues as necessary. Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications. Provides reports as needed. May serve as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support. Education Associates Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses No Required License(s) Pay Transparency Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $82,500.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
