Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Shift hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Location Highlights

Pleasant Prairie offers convenient access to both Lake Michigan and major Midwest metro areas.
