Salesforce Developer Consultant

To support the deployment of Salesforce Agentforce IT Service, the full-time Salesforce Developer Consultant will maintain and enhance the platform, manage task prioritization, and collaborate with various stakeholders in a remote working environment. Key Responsibilities Manage task assignments by reviewing the work queue, confirming scope and priorities, and delivering tasks by agreed deadlines Configure, maintain, and enhance the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, workflows, and integrations with PAHO systems Document solution designs and maintain configuration records while providing knowledge transfer sessions to PAHO staff Required Qualifications University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field At least three years of experience developing and supporting Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and enterprise integrations Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification is required or strongly preferred
