Technical Operations Co-op

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Technical Operations Co-op to support supply chain projects in West Chester, Pennsylvania. The role involves managing low-to-medium complexity initiatives, leading product and process improvements, and collaborating across functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute supply chain projects of low to medium complexity
- Lead product modification and manufacturing process transfer initiatives
- Support project business cases, task planning, and status monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Finance
- Apply project management tools and recommend process improvements
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Currently enrolled as full-time student pursuing bachelor's degree in engineering
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
- Completed freshman year; not graduating before program end
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
