The Deborah York Farmers Insurance Agency in Parkville is looking for a motivated Agency Producer who wants to sell, compete, and build a book of business they’re proud of. We’re an established agency with strong community roots, a solid reputation, and a steady flow of opportunity.

In this role, you’ll actively prospect, quote, and close new business while helping clients make smart decisions about protecting their homes, vehicles, families, and businesses. You’ll have the freedom to run your own sales pipeline, earn commissions based on performance, and grow long-term client relationships that pay off year after year.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, quote, and sell auto, home, life, specialty, and business insurance products
• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up
• Cross-sell and round out accounts to meet client needs and agency goals
• Meet individual sales and activity goals while maintaining high service standards
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with insurance regulations
• Represent the agency professionally within the Parkville community

Requirements

• Property Casualty and Life Health insurance licenses, or ability to obtain (we provide support)
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus)
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
• Professional, ethical, and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a goal-driven, performance-based environment
