Senior Accountant

En Gallagher, buscamos un Senior Accountant para liderar nuestras operaciones contables y financieras en Perú. Este rol es clave para garantizar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones locales y corporativas, mientras impulsas mejoras en procesos y colaboras en proyectos estratégicos. Cómo harás la diferencia Asegurar la precisión financiera: Supervisarás el registro contable de nuestras operaciones, garantizando que todo esté en orden y cumpla con las normativas locales y corporativas. Cumplimiento normativo: Velarás por el cumplimiento de las regulaciones contables y fiscales peruanas, así como de las políticas corporativas. Liderar reportes financieros: Prepararás y supervisarás estados financieros bajo estándares locales (GAAP) y US GAAP, respondiendo de manera oportuna a los requerimientos corporativos. Fortalecer auditorías: Coordinarás y apoyarás auditorías internas y externas, asegurando procesos transparentes y eficientes. Optimizar procesos: Propondrás e implementarás mejoras en los procesos contables y financieros, promoviendo la eficiencia y controles internos sólidos. Colaborar en proyectos clave: Participarás activamente en la implementación de proyectos corporativos como BMS, JDE, Payroll y Concur. Sobre Ti Formación: Tienes título en Contabilidad. Experiencia: Conocimientos técnicos: Manejas con confianza las regulaciones fiscales peruanas, US GAAP y, preferiblemente, IFRS. Entorno global: Has trabajado en entornos multinacionales y estás familiarizado/a con reportes corporativos. Liderazgo inspirador: Sabes cómo motivar y desarrollar equipos, fomentando un ambiente colaborativo y de alto rendimiento. Habilidades analíticas: Eres organizado/a, detallista y tienes un enfoque proactivo hacia la mejora continua. Tecnología: Dominas Excel avanzado, herramientas de visualización de datos como Power BI.
