Job Description
The Store Manager drives the overall success of the retail location by overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and delivering excellent customer service. This role ensures effective inventory control, merchandising standards, and financial targets are met, while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead store staff to achieve performance goals
- Oversee inventory control and stock replenishment
- Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to maximize revenue
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Manage budgeting, expenses, and financial reporting
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance store appeal
- Conduct staff training and development programs
- Create and manage employee schedules for optimal coverage
- Handle daily operations efficiently and ensure compliance with regulations
- Prepare and submit regular operational and sales reports
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail management
