Benefits: Training & development Competitive salary About the Role: WE SUPPORT YOU LLC is looking for compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Allendale, NJ. Hours: Monday - Thursday 3:30pm-6:30pm Responsibilities: Provide direct care and assistance to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) Support clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately Assist with community integration, transportation, and recreational activities Administer medications and monitor health needs per established protocols Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members Respond appropriately to behavioral challenges using approved intervention techniques Requirements: High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to pass a background check and drug screening CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays About Us: WE SUPPORT YOU LLC is a dedicated support services provider based in North Haledon, NJ, committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives.
