By mid-day, you’re back at your workstation, running process simulations, reviewing experiment results, and shaping the next round of trials. In the afternoon, you huddle with quality, EHS, and operations to troubleshoot a bottleneck, then wrap up by updating technical documentation and mentoring production staff on a new SOP.

• Design, scale, and implement chemical processes that elevate production throughput and quality.
• Plan and execute experiments; analyze data to pinpoint efficiency gains and cost savings.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to quickly diagnose and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Champion safe operations and environmental stewardship by adhering to applicable regulations.
• Create and maintain process documentation, reports, and control plans.
• Contribute to new product and technology development initiatives.
• Provide hands-on technical training and support to production personnel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in chemical process engineering.
• Background working with ceramics, epoxies, silicone, or metallurgic materials.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency with process simulation platforms and data analysis tools.
• Clear communicator and effective collaborator in fast-moving environments.
• Working knowledge of safety and environmental regulations relevant to chemical operations.
