Our pipeline includes varegacestat, an investigational gamma secretase inhibitor for which an NDA has been submitted to the U.S. FDA; IM-1021, a clinical-stage ROR1 ADC; IM-3050, an IND-cleared FAP-targeted radiotherapy; and IM-1617, an IND-cleared solid tumor ADC. We are also advancing a broad portfolio of early-stage ADCs pursuing undisclosed solid tumor targets. Position Overview The Senior Recruiter,Life Scienceswill support Immunome’s growingClinical/Developmentand Commercialorganizationsby leading full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of rolesacross the organization. This position will partner closely witha variety of teamsto attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a competitive oncology biotech environment.Solid demonstratedcandidatesourcingexperienceisrequired. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented recruiter with experience supporting clinical-stage life sciences organizations and managing multiple complexrequisitionssimultaneously. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of developmentand commercial-focused roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand evolving business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies toidentifyqualified candidates with experience in oncology drug development and clinical research environments. Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with Immunome’s values. Coordinate interviewlogistics, gather feedback, andfacilitatetimelyhiring decisions. Ensure a highquality and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintainaccurateand compliant records within the applicant tracking system(Greenhouse). Providemarket insights related to talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive intelligence. Support contract and contingent workforce hiring needs asrequired. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of5years of full-cycle recruiting experienceisrequired,a blend of in-house and agency experience is preferred. Demonstrated experience sourcingtechnical candidates for technical and leadership roles,utilizinga variety oftools and platforms. Demonstrated experience recruitingClinical/Developmentor Commercialfocused roles within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Ability to work on-site in Bothell a minimum of one day per week. Knowledge and Skills Strong understanding of research, clinical research, clinical development, and drug development functions within an oncology-focused organization , preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
