Senior Enterprise Account Manager – Amazon Web Services Would you like to be part of a team focused on increasing adoption of Amazon Web Services by developing strategic accounts with the Fortune 1000? As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of globally recognizable brands. Your responsibilities include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate possesses both a sales and technical background that enables them to engage at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. You will lead a cross‑functional team, shape the strategy for partners, professional services, and training/certification, develop and execute a territory strategy, and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory with customers Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services Accelerate customer adoption Maintain a robust sales pipeline Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, identify and bring specialists to assist when needed Manage contract negotiations Ensure customer satisfaction Expect moderate travel Basic Qualifications 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C‑level executives Bachelor's degree or equivalent Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of technology/software sales experience Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions‑focused approach or equivalent Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Compensation includes sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives.
