We encourage candidates to connect with their recruiter and hiring manager to understand workplace expectations and ensure the role aligns with their goals.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.# **Job Description**The CTO Technology Portfolio Management Office (TPMO) is a centralized program and project management organization that partners across the CTO portfolio to deliver technology initiatives that support business strategy, operational transformation, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise technology capabilities. The team is responsible for driving execution excellence through program governance, integrated planning, financial management, risk management, stakeholder engagement, dependency management, and benefit realization. TPMO's role extends beyond project administration; the organization is evolving toward being a strategic delivery partner that helps align business and technology priorities, influences decisions early, and drives measurable outcomes. The Project Manager III role combines disciplined execution with strategic thinking, can quickly learn new domains, influence diverse stakeholders, and drive delivery outcomes in complex environments. May be assigned a single project or a portfolio, requiring extensive planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business. Typically, project size may be greater than $2.5m.* Develops strategy, processes, resource allocation, budget, guidelines and support of project management team.* Partners with internal project liaisons to acquire resources, assigns tasks, directs activities, and controls project execution. Coaches and mentors project team members.* Tracks and reports progress, analyzes the results based on facts, defines the products of the project, and forecasts future trends in the project. Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies potential crises, devises contingency plans and recommends improvements based on results.* Maintains communications for governing bodies and interested parties. Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
