About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Systems Operations Engineer, responsible for supporting and maintaining the enterprise virtual hosting platform and related infrastructure services to ensure high availability, stability, and operational efficiency.In this role, you will:Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Virtual Hosting Platform functional areaContribute to increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks, using automation and defined established processesReview and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availabilityWork with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolutionLead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standardsCollaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availabilityRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years supporting VMWare product suite (ESXi, HCX, vSphere replication, VrOPS, VCSA)Desired Qualifications:2+ years python code writing2+ years JIRA/Agile workflow management1+ year of ServiceNow change and incident trackingJob Expectations:This position does not offer visa sponsorshipThis position offers a hybrid work schedulePosting End Date: 6 Sep 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
