Job Summary

Perform all activities relevant to the assigned program/department; maintains student records and assists students and colleges as requested.

Essential Functions

• Process, post, and maintain all documents relevant to student files.
• Process, print and distribute reports relevant to student records for various college offices.
• Process and post final grades.
• Ensure files and records are maintained according to state policy.
• Prepare records for imaging.
• Communicate with students regarding record issues.
• May be required to travel to other campuses/centers to register students or work with college departments on record processes.
• Perform other duties, tasks and assignments as required.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's degree preferred
• 2 years general office experience in student registration within an academic setting required

Licensing & Certification:

• Valid Texas Driver License

Working Conditions:

General Office. Must be able to perform all job requirements with or without reasonable accommodations; remain in a stationary position during shift; move items weighing up to 25 pounds; position self to operate job equipment; apply established protocols in a timely manner. Must access, input and retrieve information from technology devices; communicate with others to accomplish job requirements. May be required to work after hours to include weekends and holidays.
